The More Yoga Game puts a new spin on yoga. Essentially a yoga class in a can, it comes complete with 108 activity cards, six glass jewels, and a chakra scroll playing board rolled inside its own canister.
Players do the yoga poses on the activity cards to move up the board. The first person to reach the top of the energy spirals wins.
Designered for both beginners and more experienced yoga students, the game can be played alone or with friends. The game can be used to create an individual yoga practice as well.
Each of the 108 activity cards includes the English and where possible the Sanskrit name of the pose, element of, preparation for, or adaptation of the pose. This is a great way to learn the different yoga poses and attributes of the seven chakra energy centers. The cards include instructions for asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), yoga philosophy, and fun surprises.
